The 1st session of the 8th Annual Congress of the SBA was held on April 2008.45 council members including 13 standing council members were elected and Mr. Liu Zhengdong was elected as president, Mr. Li Ming, Mr. Qiao Wenjun, Ms. Li Ciling, Mr. Chen Naiwei, Mr. Xu Xiaoqing as vice president.The Supervisory Board is made up of 20 supervisors and Mr. Zhu Hongchao was elected as the Chief Supervisor.
